I am happy to announce that I have joined the board of Green Ummah. I look forward to volunteering with this organization as their Director of Outreach. The work they are doing in education and advocacy on the issues of green living, climate justice and environmental racism is inspiring. During my time as president of the Toronto Field Naturalists, I often spoke about the inequality of access to nature in the city. I am looking forward expanding on that work with Green Ummah across Canada.
